Developmental background
The first of its kind worldwide, VESSEL first developed the fan-type static electricity elimination equipment SDJ-08 in 2003, featuring easy installation with a "clip." Especially in cell production systems, this equipment has become an essential part of the production process. The clip installation method allows for the static electricity removal device to be attached to a pipe on cell production benches, providing an ion blow on the worktable underneath the device. The special characteristics of the equipment are its space-saving aspect and reliable static electricity removal.The successor to the original model, the F-6 series is composed of mini-fan static electricity elimination equipment featuring a compact design with a miniature piezoelectric transformer and interior LED lights installed to visually check for dirt on the electrode needles and the general operation situation. The F-6Cl model can be easily installed on a pipe on a cell production bench, and freely pointed in any orientation or angle desired due to its clip type attachment method. VESSEL’s EYE-01 is a palm-sized electrostatic measuring device ideal for measuring polarity and intensity of static charge on parts and assembly lines. Also, it’s very useful for checking ion balance performance of various ionizers.


What makes the EYE-01 so user-friendly and easy to use?

  • Hold mode - enables measurements in hard-to-reach areas. When taking measurements in space-restricted areas, simply press the “hold mode” and the measurement value will be kept on the display screen.
  • Digital zero mode - allows operator to adjust the reading to zero. Simply press “reset” to adjust the displayed reading and bar graph to the neutral state.

Notes sa paggamit:
1. It is a must to Pls read the Catalog & the Instruction Manual first before gamitin ang Eye-01. it is to familiarize your self sa parts, but very easy lang ang paggamit ng Vessel eye-01.

2. put the battery
3. put the grounding cord dun sa slot sa right side nya. ( recommended). Recommended na iground siya, but if pag ang application is hindi abot yung grounding cord, it is ok kahit hindi nakaground, but more accurate ang reading pag nakaground.
   If naka anti-static wrist strap yung users, or naka conductive shoes or heel grounder siya, or if nasa EPA ( ESD protected Area) yung operators, then hindi na need na iground siya kasi yung main body ng Vessel eye-01 is made from conductive resin
4. I power ON
5. if you will use it to measure the static charges, then tanggalin ang charge plate na nasa top head para lumitaw yung sensor, matatanggal mo yung charge plate by pushing the side buttons. Ilagay sa ilalim yung charge plate sa pamamagitan ng pagsuksok sa slot
6. then you can measure the statics, the correct distance is pag nagcoverge na yung 2 laser circle
7. pag tapos na ang reading, i Off ang eye01, then pls bring back yung charge plate sa original position nya nya sa Top position, this will also protect the sensor
8. If you will use it to measure the Ionizer performance- Ion Balance, then I power ON lang ang unit. the charge plate is in the top position, then push the ION Balance button, then it will read the Ion balance of the Ionizer.  The Ionizers are in good working condition if the reading is 0 to 50V. mas malapit sa zero mas better ang quality ng ionizers.
