functions and the iron setting:
1.Power on: Open the power switch, the acquiescence temperature
is 350℃.
2.Set temperature:
Press the ▲ or ▼ key to set the temperature directly. Or Press the *
key for once, the first digit will be twinkling,
then press ▲ or ▼ to set the value of this digit,
then press * key, the second digit will be twinkling, also please press ▲ or ▼ to adjust
the temperature of this digit, the same operation for the third digit.
3.Mode setting (The highest
temperature setting)
The station
with 3 kinds of highest temperature:
Mode 0 means
that the highest temperature is 420℃;
Mode 1 means
that the highest temperature is 480℃;
Mode 2 means
that the highest temperature is 600℃.
Press ▲ and ▼ together and turn on the power, you can
see “C”, press * the LED will display “___”, then input “000”and press * you
can see “OF”, this time please press the ▲ and ▼ keys together, you can see the mode of
highest temperature: 0 or 1 or 2, please select the mode you want and press *
to save and quit.
4.Temperature calibrating:
When the power is on, and the temperature is
constant, test the real temperature by thermometer (We recommend the 191
thermometer) and write down this value. Keep pressing the * key, and press ▼ ,the station will come
to calibration mode, then press ▲ or ▼ to increase or decrease the value of temperature, press
* key again, the iron will go back to work.
Troubleshooting

Problem 1: LED no display.! Please check the fuse inside.
Problem2: H-E and no heating.!
Please check the heating element.
Problem3: S-E The sensor was broken! Please replace the sensor or heater.

How to repair this kind of error for our soldering station
HS-150W.
‘O-E'
means Over current protection, so pls set up the value, then it's ok
for the matter of 150W LCD, pls do as the two ways:
1.change the soldering iron, if ok, that's good,
2.if not, then go into the setting ,
3.how to go into setting= press the UP and *
together, and input the word: JTECH, then you can see the YEAR, POWER, CURRENT
EXIT AND ETC..
4.pls choose the CURRENT and see the value, if
it's 780, then pls set up to 785 firstly and exit
5.if it's still “O-E”, then set value again,
785-790
6.pls adjust up the value, till the station won't
display 'O-E' .
