  Torque fixing ring: Torque precision is important when it comes to sophisticated electronic assembly. If the torque of screwdriver is accidentally or intentionally change by a person, it may result in damaging parts during assembly. A torque fixing ring can avoid changing torque when the torque is set.

 The Torque Fixing Ring prevents operators from re-adjusting the torque on an electric screwdriver. After a supervisor adjusts the screwdriver to a specific torque setting, the Torque Fixing Ring is placed over the end of the screwdriver to prevent further adjustments by the operator. For further adjustments, the Torque Fixing Ring must first be removed.
