Japan Vessel No. 900 MEGADORA Screwdriver - JAWSFIT - JIS
MEGADORA
Equipped with a flat-surface grip and cushions on the corners of the hexagonal cross section.
The inner core is a triple-layered construction using recycled resin, designed with recycling in mind.
And the VESSEL logo on the inner core of the grip is incorporated into the surface to guarantee the high quality.
| |
Incorporating every possible technology
| As our flagship screwdriver, we have incorporated the newest technology in virtually every facet of its design, such as our JAWSFIT process, whereby extremely hard metal powder is melted and jet-blown on the blade tips at high speed, the special forging process to create the cores with their hexagonal holders, and the affixing of ink-jet bar code displays. |
Strong, smooth, comfortable
|
The ergonomic grips of our screwdrivers provide for a comfortable, smooth, non-slip feel, and provide maximum contact surface with the hand no matter how the screwdrivers are held, insuring greater work efficiency and less fatigue.
|
Environmentally friendly
| The waste sprues and runners, which form during resin molding, are reprocessed into pellets for reuse in the inner cores. Furthermore, polyolefin resins are used to prevent the release of dioxins when burned. |
Outstanding durability
|
Our blades use chrome vanadium steel, and are fully tempered to a very high degree of hardness. High precision finishing of the tips insures a snug fit for each of the various types of screws. The cross recess tips of models No. 900/920/930 undergo JAWSFIT processing to prevent cam-out, insuring snug engagement without slipping

MOVIE >>>
VESSEL developed the modern Tang-Thru Screwdriver and now, based on that experience and a totally new concept, we have created the "MEGADORA IMPACTA Screwriver" line. These Srewdrivers are extremely effective for loosening stripped or rusted screws. | |
A new standard for tang-thru design
|
The evolution, and innovation of tang-thru screwdrivers started with VESSEL… VESSEL's unique, revolving cam construction used in the end cap reverse-rotates the blade 12° with each strike of the hammer. Impact acceleration is exerted on the tip, enabling even stripped screws to be loosened.
|
Non-slip grip for oil smeared job | Three of the grip surfaces have a non-slip finish that cannot be created through simple resin construction. |
New, lightweight design
| A new, lightweight design has been achieved through a reduction in the number of parts and strict adherence to strength calculations. Screws can now be loosened as if using an ordinary tang-thru screwdriver. |
Environmentally friendly | The waste sprues and runners that form during resin molding are reprocessed into pellets for reuse in the inner cores. Furthermore, polyolefin resins are used to prevent the release of dioxins when burned. |
Metallic colors
|
New MEGADORA colors containing metal flakes. The sophisticated grip design provides both strength and precision.
|
Outstanding durability
|
Our blades use chrome vanadium steel, are fully tempered to a very high degree of hardness. The tips undergo high precision, black-tip finishing to avoid the consequences of added thickness from metal plating, and are magnetic.
