SONGTIAN 63/37 solder wire.

63/37 are flux cored solder wire (not lead-free), they consist of 63% tin and 37% lead. 

They are Eutectic , with melting points of 183 deg C.

Eutectic - a minimum-melting composition of 2 or more components,

each of which melts and freeze congruently forming a mixture of the component crystals during crystallization.
